• As a parent or guardian, you accept full legal and financial responsibility for all actions taken through your account, including any sub-profiles created for children under your care.

2. User Accounts & Security

To use features like custom story generation, profile personalization, and the digital wallet, you must complete the registration process.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (such as your valid email address).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and verification tokens.
• You must notify us immediately at support@dhinglibee.com of any unauthorized security breach or usage of your account.

3. Digital Wallet, Coins, and In-App Purchases

Our platform operates utilizing a digital wallet system containing functional tokens ("Coins") used exclusively to generate AI-powered stories, poems, or custom illustrations.

• No Real-World Value: Coins are virtual items with no external cash or monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for fiat currency.
• Billing: Purchases of Coin packages or optional subscription tiers are processed securely through authorized third-party app distribution services (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store). You agree to abide by their respective billing terms.
• Refund Policy: All virtual coin sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly required by local consumer protection laws or dictated by third-party app store policies.

Parts of this application—including stories, quizzes, and images—are generated dynamically using artificial intelligence technologies powered by Google Gemini. This content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain high-quality filtering, Dhinglibee does not guarantee the accuracy, factual correctness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content and cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.

4. Content Generation, AI Inputs, and Usage Safety

Our Service relies on generative AI engines to produce custom text prompts and visual artwork based on themes provided by users.

• Prohibited Prompts: You strictly agree not to input text, themes, names, or keywords that are sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, hateful, ethnically offensive, or harmful to minors.
• AI Safety Filtering: We deploy automated structural filters to block inappropriate prompt entries. Repeated attempts to bypass our automated safety guardrails will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of remaining wallet balances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Our Property: The Dhinglibee brand name, bumblebee logo, software code, user interface designs, underlying engineering architectures, and default pre-built content themes are the exclusive property of Dhinglibee and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
• Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the app and read/generate stories purely for personal, educational, non-commercial family use.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dhinglibee explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 7. Account Termination

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notification, to suspend or terminate your account access if we discover a violation of these Terms, unauthorized billing disputes, or fraudulent deployment of our content engines. You may delete your account at any time directly through the internal settings of the mobile app.
