1. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Our Service allows families to create tailored stories and poems for children. We take child safety and privacy with the utmost seriousness.

• Parental Consent Required: Dhinglibee is intended to be downloaded, purchased, and configured strictly by parents, legal guardians, or educators (collectively referred to as "Parents"). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the UK/EU) without explicit parental consent.
